At Thanks Truly, every order is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care. We strive to ensure that your gifting experience arrives safely and in a timely manner.

Please review the following shipping policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom, personalized, corporate, and large-volume orders may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines for these orders will be communicated during the ordering process.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

We may utilize trusted shipping partners, including USPS, Amazon Shipping, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers, depending on the product type, destination, and shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard delivery timelines typically range from 2–7 business days after an order has been processed and shipped.

Actual delivery times may vary based on location, carrier operations, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment notification.

Personalized and Custom Orders

Personalized and custom orders require additional preparation time.

Estimated production and shipping timelines for custom orders will be provided during the ordering process or communicated directly by our team.

Corporate & Bulk Orders

Corporate gifting and large-volume orders may have customized production and delivery schedules.

Customers are encouraged to place these orders well in advance of their desired delivery date.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Thanks Truly is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

While we will gladly assist in locating a package and initiating carrier investigations, Thanks Truly cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather events

  • Carrier disruptions

  • High-volume shipping periods

  • Natural disasters

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damaged item

  • Photographs of the shipping packaging

We will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
